Simon

Congratulations, you’ve made it The Launceston Art Centre royalty page. Simon is the brains behind LAC, starting this venture with Megan on July 1st 2000. Previous to this, he ran a restoration and archival imports business which lead to Philcam/ Launceston Art Centre. Add all this time and experience together and Simon has been in the industry for over 40 years.

Just when you thought his resume couldn’t get any bigger, Simon is highly experienced in Dad jokes, has built his own house and boat, races vintage cars and also runs his own small vineyard and winery (also sets aside plenty of time to drink it).

Happy to pass on his experience, tips and tricks to anyone he meets, Simon is such a valuable member of the LAC team and we are so lucky to work alongside him and learn from him.
