Stef has grown up around The Launceston Art Centre and the arts scene, but only recently ‘officially’ joined the team in 2020 after moving home from Melbourne where he spent many years soaking up the street art culture and smashing the fast paced, dynamic retail world.

As well as being a pro in our framing shop, Stef has an amazing talent for drawing, mixed media canvas painting and spray painting. His artistic style is similar to traditional tattoo flash style and blackwork, but he does love full colour when it comes to spray painting.

A few of his favourite in store products include: MTN 94 spray paints, FW Liquid Acrylic ink, Copic markers, Cretacolor graphite and compressed charcoal pencils and Arches 300gsm cold pressed paper.

When he’s not knee deep in spray cans and ink bottles, Stef can be found hanging out with friends, adding to his Pokemon card collection or getting a new tattoo (or two).

A huge animal lover, as if he’s not busy enough with his own pets (all rescues) - Luna the greyhound, Nugget the Chinese crested, Lady Di the Sphinx and Nibbens the tail-less cat - Stef can be found walking the streets patting other peoples dogs too.

Although he hasn’t grown out of his emo phase, we promise he is friendly, knowledgable and will be able to help you - whatever artistic journey you’re on, I mean look at that smile!
